After a week or so of drinking and bad character our weights tell a clear story; neither Ozempic or Mounjaro is some kind of miracle medicine that makes you loose weight if you don’t even try yourself. Mrs. Mounjaro is up to ~130 kilos again and I weigh a massive 155 kilos.
Summer often brings this kind of behavior out of me, but I’ll do my best to stay sober and mindful of what I eat for the rest of the summer.
Mrs. Mounjaro is going away on a short vacation this week, so she’ll have to fight the weight battle by herself. We’ll be back with another update on Thursday or Friday.
